The pavilion is a space that embraces the culture and urbanity of the city of Troy. It simulates different types of situations a graffiti artist would encounter in the city. There are no regulations or censorship, which provides a platform for a great social experiment. What would happen if you give citizens a tool to voice their opinions? It will give a purpose to a type of art that is often demonized.
